This office and all the workers are amazing. as soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with a smiling face. I love how Brittany jumps right in to make my child comfortable by chatting the whole time. I love how Dr. CC smilies, talks and makes sure to answer every question my very talkative 4 year old has.
I took my 8 year old daughter to Coastal Pediatric Dentistry after having been to at least 3 other dentists in our area. This was by far the best experience we have ever had at the dentist. My daughter has some anxiety when going to the dentist but all of the people at Coastal, from the front desk right up to Dr. Cecilia, made her visit very relaxing, simple and easy. Thank you so much.
The whole team of people at this dentistry are lovely. They smile and laugh. They make you feel welcome and that nothing is a big deal. They are extremely knowledgeable about the whole dental process!! They even kept the 6 year old happy! And he had been brushing and flossing every day and can’t wait to go back!! We had such a wonderful experience at Coastal Pediatric Dentistry. They were so friendly and kind. The rooms are colorful and inviting. My boys love that they can watch TV or play video games while getting their teeth cleaned. My 6 year old had to have a tooth pulled and they helped make him and ME comfortable. They are so great with nervous kids and parents alike!!
We are new customers to Coastal Cosmetic dentistry and this was our first visit. When we walked in the door the ambiance brought my child's imagination to life. Their underwater theme is perfect for their pediatric side of operations. We waited in the waiting room for only 5 minutes before Mrs. Shannon came to take my daughter, Summer for her first appointment. Mrs.Shannon was very welcoming and my daughter told her multiple times during the procedure how great of a job she was doing. We saw doctor Cecelia as well and she was also super great with Summer. All around this is somewhere I know summer will go for her dental treatments because she is already talking about her next visit. Thanks for all y'all do in having a wonderful facility!
